English Heritage – Visitor Engagement Programme

Earlier this year, English Heritage announced an exciting collaboration with the hit television programme Taskmaster, bringing a series of fun, interactive activities to 17 heritage sites across the country during the summer.

As part of English Heritage’s wider visitor engagement strategy, the initiative aimed to combine entertainment with heritage interpretation, offering unique experiences that captivated audiences of all ages.

We were delighted to be invited by English Heritage to create six bespoke 9-hole pop-up mini golf courses throughout August. These were installed at some of the nation’s most iconic sites, including Audley End House and Gardens, Carisbrooke Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Osborne House, Pendennis Castle, and Wrest Park.

Each course was fully customised in the striking English Heritage branding, with the holes standing out brilliantly in the organisation’s signature red.

The project proved to be a tremendous success, receiving outstanding feedback from both English Heritage and visitors alike.
