FAQs

Our frequently asked questions

What areas do you cover?

Being centrally located, we can easily travel to most areas in the UK (England, Scotland & Wales), so please contact us to discuss more. We do ask for additional travel cost if venue is further than 50 miles from our HQ in Shropshire.

How much space do you need to set up?

For our full 9 hole courses, we require a flat area at least 12m x 6m (this is the bare minimum). We can set up on short grass, or preferably on hard ground such as concrete, tarmac or paved areas as long as it is flat. Find out more information on the course requirements.

If you need advice regarding your venue and the size required for a course, get in touch, we’ll be happy to help.

Do I have to hire all 9 holes?

Not at all, if your event is on a smaller scale or your venue doesn’t have enough space, contact us and we will advise you on what will be best for your day.

What time do you arrive onsite to start setting up?

We will try to arrive on site at least 1 hour before your event starts.

How long does it take to set up and disassemble the course?

With good vehicle access to the course space, it will normally take between 45 and 60 minutes to set up the full 9 hole course. It also takes the same amount of time to disassemble the course.

When will my wedding guests play the course?

It’s entirely up to you when we arrive. Most couples like for us to setup the crazy golf course while you’re getting married (ready to play during the daytime drinks reception) or during your wedding breakfast (ready to play after the speeches).

How long do we have the crazy golf course at our wedding?

We will stay with the crazy golf course for up to 4 hours (play time), this doesn’t included setup or disassemble time. As a rule of thumb we disassemble no later than 8:30pm.

Is there an age limit to play?

As a general rule, our course is suitable for ages of 6 years old and over. However, under adult supervision, it can be used by younger children.

I have a bespoke idea for customising the course, can you help?

Yes, if you have any idea of customising the course, please let us know and we will do our best to suit your needs.

What happens if it is raining during the event?

Our crazy golf courses are designed to cope with the British weather all year around. So your guests can still play if it is raining if they would like to (we will always provide umbrellas).

How do I secure my booking?

To secure any booking we require a 50% deposit (of your hire cost) and a completed booking form. (Please note that all deposits are non-refundable). The remaining balance will be due 14 days before the hire day.
