NHS workers are entitled to 10% off wedding packages 1 or 2 (only) when presenting a valid NHS identification (for the bride or groom) at the time of your booking. The offer is only valid for weddings within 2020 or 2021 that have been booked in 2020 (only). The offer can be applied to existing bookings. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Putter Madness reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time without notice.
