Baxter Freight, a customer service-driven global logistics provider, recently approached us. They wanted to organise a team building and well-being event for their office staff but with a twist. Recognising the benefits of engaging in recreational activities, they decided to set up a 9-hole crazy golf course right inside their office premises.

A 9-hole crazy golf course was set up in their office and 28 teams of four battled it out to claim the title of office crazy golf champions! With a prize on offer for the best team score and the best individual score.

Not only did the event provide an opportunity for everyone to have fun, but it also had numerous benefits for the team’s overall morale, creativity, and collaboration. Engaging in a light-hearted activity like crazy golf helped break the monotony of daily work routines and allowed individuals to interact in a more relaxed setting.
